The line from each property's official site that puts it in this collection, quoted as published, often in Italian.

How do you choose a pet-friendly stay in the Foggia area?

Start with city or farm. Hotel Up is the only city stay, in the center of Foggia. The other four are rural: Masseria Casacapanna at Chieuti, Masseria Salecchia at Bovino in the Monti Dauni, Masseria Sant’Agapito near Lucera and Tenuta Inagro near San Severo.

Hotel Up is a four-star hotel with 38 rooms, a spa open daily from 9:00 to 20:00, and free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Masseria Casacapanna is an agriturismo on a farm of about 100 hectares, with 7 rooms and 7 suites, a pool, its own dairy and pasta factory, and a dining room that looks over the Adriatic to the Tremiti islands.

Masseria Salecchia is an 18th-century masseria in a protected area of 350 hectares, with about ten rustic rooms, a restaurant cooking farm produce and an adventure park. Masseria Sant’Agapito is a rural hamlet: rooms in a former school beside an outdoor pool, a locanda in the old woodshed and a program of events.

Tenuta Inagro is a four-star country hotel among old olive trees, with soundproofed rooms of 20 to 25 square meters, a restaurant whose menu changes with the seasons and an EV charger. A pool and a spa are not confirmed there.

All five sit in price band 1, under €250 a night. Casacapanna, Sant’Agapito and Inagro publish rates that place them there, and for Hotel Up and Salecchia the band is our estimate. The Foggia and Monti Dauni hub covers the area, and Pet-friendly stays covers all of Puglia.

What do these stays say about pets?

Each says it in a few words. Hotel Up says animals are admitted, Masseria Sant’Agapito says pets are welcome, and Tenuta Inagro lists itself as pet friendly. None of the three names a size or a room on the pages we read, so ask about both, and about fees.

Masseria Salecchia has a pet-friendly room, admits dogs and cats in rooms and common areas, and wants a leash outside and notice at booking. Masseria Casacapanna sets a size and a daily charge. Tell the property which animal you bring, and ask whether the pool or the restaurant is closed to it.

Questions travelers ask

Which stays in Foggia and the Monti Dauni accept pets?

Five stays accept pets: Hotel Up in Foggia, Masseria Casacapanna in Chieuti, Masseria Salecchia in Bovino, Masseria Sant'Agapito near Lucera and Tenuta Inagro near San Severo. Casacapanna takes small and medium animals at a daily charge, and Salecchia asks for a leash outside and notice at booking. Ask each one about your own pet before you book.

How much does a pet cost at Masseria Casacapanna?

Masseria Casacapanna states on its rooms page that small and medium animals are accepted at €20 a day, as read in October 2026. None of the other four prints a figure on the pages we read, so ask them about extra fees and keep the answer in writing before you pay a deposit.

Which of these stays is in the city of Foggia?

Hotel Up is the only one: a four-star hotel of 38 rooms in the center of Foggia, a short walk from the station and the pedestrian streets. Its site says animals are admitted, and it has a spa with a sauna and a Turkish bath. The other four are rural, so ask how a dog moves around the grounds.

Why are six stays in the Foggia area not on the list?

Six of the 11 stays in Foggia and the Monti Dauni publish no pet policy that we could record, so pets show as not confirmed on their pages. They may still take animals. The area hub lists all 11, and if you travel with a dog, write to the ones you like before you rule them out.
