By using The Puglia Edit you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

What is The Puglia Edit?

An information service: an independent guide to masserie and other stays in Puglia. We are not a hotel, a travel agent or a booking platform. We take no bookings and cannot confirm availability or rates.

To book, you deal with the property or with a partner, and their terms apply to that booking. See the affiliate disclosure for how booking links work.

How accurate is the information?

We build each entry from the property’s own published information and official bodies, and show the date we last checked it (“Last verified”) with the sources. Properties change their rooms, seasons and services without telling us, so a fact is correct on the date shown and may not be today.

Prices appear as bands, and an exact “from” price appears only with an official source and a date. Distances are straight lines, so driving takes longer. Check the property’s official website before you plan or pay.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that comes from relying on the site without that check. If you spot a mistake, tell us through the contact page.

Can you reuse the facts?

The structured facts we publish as data files are open data under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, adapt and use them, including commercially, if you credit The Puglia Edit and link to thepugliaedit.com.

Can you reuse the texts?

The editorial texts are protected by copyright and belong to The Puglia Edit. You may quote short passages with a credit and a link to the page. Ask us before you republish a page or a whole text.

What about images?

Our covers are generated drawings made by the site’s design system. They are not photographs, and they are not a likeness of any real building. We show a property’s photographs only with its written permission, with the credit it asks for.

Property names and logos belong to their owners. Mentioning a property does not mean that it endorses The Puglia Edit.

What about external links?

We link to official websites and to partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

How may you use our forms?

Send true information and use the forms for their purpose: a wedding enquiry, or a request about a property. We handle what you send as described in the privacy notice.

Which law applies?

They may change from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
