The rooms

There are three room types, all described as green rooms with solar thermal heating. Comfort is 30 square meters, with independent access, a patio over the olive garden, soundproofing, air conditioning, a minibar and a safe.

Superior is 35 square meters, with a canopy bed and a veranda over the olive garden and the sea in the background. Junior Suite is 45 square meters, with a separate living area and a balcony or an independent patio.

Comfort rooms can take additional beds, and the Comfort page says breakfast comes with the booking. Reserved parking is listed too. Ask whether breakfast is included with the Superior and the Junior Suite.

The 2021 register counted 30 units, 19 bathrooms and 46 beds, and the 2026 register counts 22 rooms and 41 beds. Neither matches the fifteen bedrooms the hotel describes, so ask which room count applies today.

Eating and drinking

The restaurant’s motto is taste and simplicity. The chef revisits traditional dishes, and the hotel says its products are fresh and bought locally.

Evenings center on the scenic square. The hotel describes a typical aperitivo by the pool, a dinner with jazz music, and an entrance lit with candles that leads to starters and a buffet with dessert and fresh fruit.

The Pacianga Club is the bar, at the highest point of the resort. It is open every day from 8:00 to 23:00 with soft drinks, cocktails, snacks and fruit for the pool, and Apulian coffee.

The restaurant’s menu and its opening days are not confirmed here, so ask before you plan every dinner on site.

The setting

Corte di Ferro stands in Contrada Corte di Ferro in Carovigno. The hotel places the spot between the blue sky and the blue sea, among old olive trees, and names the swimming pool and the watermills as places to spend the day.

The Essentia wellness area faces the scrub. It has a jacuzzi and massages by the hotel’s experts, and it is free to all guests. Outside visitors can buy day access to the pools.

Carovigno’s coast includes the Torre Guaceto reserve, a state nature reserve of 1,116 hectares on the Adriatic. It protects a wetland of international importance and the marine reserve around it. The hotel does not say how guests reach the sea.

Hotel Resort Corte di Ferro suits couples who want a quiet summer stay among olive trees, with a pool, a wellness area and a restaurant on the property and a patio at the door.

If you need a winter address, ask the hotel first, since current opening months are not confirmed, and look elsewhere for a large resort program. Relais Masseria Caselli is a four-star masseria in the same comune with a 24-hour reception and a lift.

Getting there

Corte di Ferro is in Carovigno, in the Ostuni and the White Coast area. Brindisi airport is close by; Bari means a much longer drive.
